Each class is an hour long small group class. The entire class will be instructor lead. First will come a warm up and then we will move into a work out of the day (WOD) which everyone will complete. Any time left over will be dedicated to stretching and mobility. Before we start the clock for the WOD, we will always spend a few moments as a class going over each movement that is included in the WOD. We will suggest ways to scale each movement and make sure that you are comfortable with your level of intensity and with the weights that you have. During the work out we will be giving cues and making sure that your mechanics are good and you are staying consistent. Remember, mechanics first, then consistency and then finally we can start ramping up the intensity.
