You are invited! Mobility hour Sat 28th at 10am
Can you squat like this?
We won’t be doing a work out, so we will spend an entire hour on getting those muscles to function the way they were meant to. We will work on flexibility for legs, arms, shoulders, ankles, everything – smoothing out some of those horrible knots and focusing on individual challenges. Mobility is a limiting factor for a lot of us and we can’t stress enough how important changing that is.
This hour is totally free to any who would like to come in. Bring friends and family if they are interested in seeing what it is all about!
