Strength:
Back squat
5 reps @ 70% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 75% of 1 RM
Max reps @ 80% of 1 RM

*Max set of strict pull ups after each set.

WOD:
2 min “Tabata Something Else”
Pull ups
Push ups
Sit ups
Air squats

*4 intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for each exercise. No rest between exercises.
Score for total reps.
