Strength/Skill:
Cleans

* This is a new movement to most everyone at the gym right now. Everyone has done a power clean/hang power clean, but today we’ll go over the full movement of catching it all the way at the bottom of a front squat.

WOD:
EMOM for 12 min
1 power clean
1 hang clean
1 push jerk

* This is a bar complex which means the weight should be heavy but not so heavy that you cannot perform all 3 movements (correctly) without putting the bar down.
