Saturday 10/26/13

If you can’t make it in today, we’ll be doing it again on Monday. I want to give everyone the chance to do this. It’s important to have your 1 rep maxes established since much of our strength workouts are percentages based off your 1 rep max.

“CrossFit Total”
15 min to establish 1 rep max back squat
15 min to establish 1 rep max press
15 min to establish 1 rep max deadlift
