Ok ladies and gents, today is your last day to get in on the CrossFit Total. It is really important for everyone to participate on workouts like this so we know what your benchmark numbers are. Here’s your chance to get some solid PR’s for three different lifts. It’s really important for you guys to find out these numbers so you don’t have to guess at weights when you see a “%” on the board. Getting buff, staying buff!!

15 min to establish 1 rep max back squat
15 min to establish 1 rep max press
15 min to establish 1 rep max deadlift
