Happy Halloween!!!

Strength/Skill:
EMOM for 10 min
3 power cleans

*Try to add weight every minute, but keep them all touch and go

WOD:
3 rounds of 3 min AMRAP
500 m row
Toes to bar

Row 500 m then use the rest of the 3 min AMRAP to complete as many toes to bar as possible.
Rest 3 min after each round.
Score for total toes to bar.
