Awesome job to everyone who came in for the row yesterday! I know it was pretty brutal, but those workouts are necessary in order to grow as athletes.

WOD:
20 HSPU
Then…
6 rounds
20 dumbbell snatches – 10 each arm (50/35)
20 pull ups
20 sit ups
