Thursday 11/7/13

Today we’re going to spend a lot of time mobilizing our hips and front rack position. Then I want to spend some time practicing box jumps. I’ve been seeing a lot of issues with people not getting full hip extension and/or the explosiveness needed for our oly lifts, so box jumps are a great way to help fix those issues.

WOD:
You’ll have 20 minutes to work up to a HEAVY 3 front squats.
