Back squat
5 reps @ 70-75% of 1 RM
3 reps @ 80-85% of 1 RM
1 reps @ 90-95% of 1 RM
3 reps @ 85% of 1 RM
3 reps @ 85% of 1 RM
3 reps @ 85% of 1 RM

*Rest 2 minutes between sets

Use remainder of class time to establish a 1 RM box jump
