Join us for “Fran” this Saturday the 14th at 9am and help us collect food for the Post Falls food bank. You’ve heard a lot about this work out and many of you have never done it, so here’s your chance to tackle 21 – 15 – 9 of thrusters and pull-ups. EXCITING! Just bring your game face and some food for donation! We will also be collecting donations all week, if it is easier for you to bring food items next time you come in instead of bringing them on Sat.
Let’s have some fun while we’re at it! Feel free to bring friends and family, there is no charge for this class and absolutely everyone is welcome to participate. As always, the work out can be scaled to any fitness level and we will run heats if needed. If you are a member of another box or haven’t been in to WOD with us before, please just show up a few minutes early to sign a waiver.
You are not required to participate in the work out (you should though, we promise it’ll be fun..), come watch, cheer others on, meet some neat people and help us collect items that will make the holiday season a little bit more merry.
