Make sure you bring in your canned goods for the food drive! Today and tomorrow are the last days. CrossFit has always been about helping out local communities, so CrossFit Post Falls is helping ours by donating to the Post Falls Food Bank. Saturday morning will also be our “Fran” workout. Feel free to bring family and friends so you can show them what CrossFit is all about. Saturday is a free class and will NOT be counted as one of your 3-per-week classes, so come on in and hit this awesome benchmark!
