Monday 12/30/13

As we come to the close of another year, let’s start thinking about what we want to accomplish this coming up year. We’re going to put up a board with everyone’s CrossFit New Year’s resolutions in the gym as motivation for everyone. I want everyone to think of a couple (realistic) measurable goals they want to accomplish over the next year. You’ll get the opportunity to write them on the board as a reminder to keep you working hard.

New Year’s holiday hours:
We will be cancelling the 7am and 8am classes on Wednesday morning. The rest of the week will continue on as normal.

Strength:
5 rounds of clean complex
1 complex
1 clean pull
1 power clean
1 hang squat clean

WOD:
5 rounds
5 squat cleans (135/95)
10 handstand push ups
