Strength:
Deadlift – Use double overhand AND hook grip! NO EXCEPTIONS
3-3-3-3-3

*Take 2 or 3 sets to build up to a heavy weight for 3 and stay there for all 5 sets.

WOD:
Every other minute for 12 min
Max set of power cleans (135/85)

*Odd minutes do max set of power cleans. Even minutes rest.
