So much fun today watching everyone’s three rep max shoot up above what their one rep max used to be. Awesome job!

Some days it’s good to give the met-con a rest and focus on pure strength.

WOD:
Strict press
Take 15 minutes to work up to a 3 rep max

Then….

Back squat
Take 15 minutes to work up to a 3 rep max
