Happy birthday to Emily! We’re looking forward to having you in normal classes next week after you graduate your on-ramp!

Thanks for being understanding about the Saturday morning shut down. I had a great time at the USA Weightlifting course down in Pullman and can’t wait to start sharing new knowledge with you guys!

Back squat
3-3-3-3 @ 80-85% of 1RM

WOD:
10 min AMRAP
10 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
10 OH plate lunges (45/25)
