Saturday 2/22/14

Today we’re going to be running outside and climbing ropes. Make sure to bring some warm clothes for the run and long socks or pants for the rope climbs.

WOD:
50 alternating jumping lunges

Then…

4 rounds
400 m run
10 HSPU’s
2 rope climbs
