It’s been a rough week so far, so we’re going to take it a little easier today and spend some time working on mobility at the end of class. Also check out the CrossFit Games site after to 5 PM to find out what 14.2 is going to be. Just like last week we’re going to program the Open workout for Friday, so everyone has a chance to try it.
