Ok we’re back with another Open WOD this week. It’s a good thing we practiced OH squats and pull ups on Monday because we’re doing a ton of them today!

Open WOD 14.2
Every 3 minutes

1st 3 minutes…
2 rounds
10 OH squats
10 CTB pull ups
Rest for remainder of 3 minutes

2nd 3 minutes…
2 rounds
12 OH squats
12 CTB pull ups

3rd 3 minutes…
2 rounds
14 OH squats
14 CTB pull ups

Continue increasing by 2 reps each round until you can no longer complete the prescribed reps for the round. Score for total reps.
