Monday 3/24/14

Since this will be the last week of the Open WODs, we’re going to try to get some solid numbers up so we can begin a new strength program next week. I highly recommend you try to make it in for today’s workout so you can get the 1 RM on the board.

Strength:
Back squat
15 min to establish a 1 RM

WOD:
10 min EMOM
2 push press
1 push jerk

*Use a medium heavy weight for a PUSH PRESS.
