1 thruster (135/95)
2 front squats (135/95)
3 push press (135/95)
4 hang power cleans (135/95)
5 deadlifts (135/95)
6 pull ups
7 KB SDHP (53/35)
8 KB swings (53/35)
9 box jumps (24/20)
10 front rack walking lunges (135/95)

*Performed like the “12 days of Christmas” song. Start with 1 thruster. Then 2 front squats, and 1 thruster. Then 3 push press, 2 front squats, and then 1 thruster. Keep going until you’re through all the movements.
