Strength:
Hang power snatch w/ an OH squat
3-3-3-3-3 – progressive loading

*Perform a hang power snatch. Catch the bar in the quarter squat position and then go down into a full OH squat before standing all the way up.

WOD:
6x200m sprint intervals with 1 min of rest in between
