*Start medium and build to HEAVY. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

WOD:

15 burpees
200 m SPRINT!!! (not a casual jog)
Rest 2 min

*Score for total time. Clock will be continuous, so note the time when you finish the run so you know when to start your next round.
