Back squat
5-5-5-5-5 @ 75-ish % of 1 RM

*Weight should feel heavy for a set of 5. It doesn’t necessarily have to be 75% of 1 RM. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

WOD:
8 min AMRAP
20 DB snatches (45/25)
30 ft walking lunges
10 KB swings (53/35)
30 ft walking lunges

*Score for rounds and reps
