Monday 5/26/14 – Memorial Day “Murph”

1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

*The pull ups, push ups, and air squats can be broken up however you need to. They don’t all have to be done consecutively. For example: 20 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats.

Don’t forget about the bbq that is going down post wod. We’re gonna work hard, so we need to eat hard too! Family and friends are always welcome. Be warned that the majority of us are on a nutrition challenge so please bring something HEALTHY (fruit, veggies).
