3-3-3-3-3 – progressive loading

*If you already know that flexibility is an issue for you… Please please PLEASE do some mobility work on your own before class if you can. Work on those hips and shoulders for OH squats.

WOD:
10 min AMRAP
5 power snatches (135/95)
10 sit ups
20 lunge steps
