*Each set should be touch and go. No setting the bar down during the set. Time to see who’s been practicing their hookgrip.

WOD:
3 rounds
3 min AMRAP of…
400 m run
Toes to bar

*Each 3 min AMRAP is a 400 m run followed by as many T2B as possible in the remaining time. Rest 2 minutes between each round. Score for total reps.
