-15 min to establish 1 RM back squat
-15 min to establish 1 RM strict press
-15 min to establish 1 RM deadlift

*This is a lot to do in 1 hour so we’re going to be strict with the time limits. Get your weight on and get going. If you don’t hit your PR because you took too long to build up…. better luck next time.
