Class cancelled – sorry for any inconvenience! However, this is a great opportunity for you to get outside and enjoy your fitness! Go on a hike, do some exploring, play a sport. Or, if you are just missing your WOD that much, here’s something you can do at home.

WOD:
5 Rounds For Time:
Run 200m
10 Squats
10 Push Ups

*If you are in town, 2 telephone pole lengths are roughly about a 200m.
