Strength:
Front squat
7-7-7 @ 80% of 1 RM

WOD:
1, 2, or 3 rounds
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 air squats

*If you finish 1 round under 5 minutes, then do 2 rounds. If you finish 2 rounds under 10 min, then do 3 rounds.
