Clean & Jerk

*This is the first time we’ve ever done a full clean & jerk, so there’s not a set rep scheme. The load, volume, and movement complexity will be dependent on everyone’s skill level.

Met Con:
8 rounds
Burpees for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds

*Score for average reps per round (total reps divided by 8)
