Signing up for class times.

How do I sign up for classes?

You can do this either on the computer at app.wodtogether.com or on your phSign up buttonone at m.wodtogether.com. If you are using your phone, type the m.wodtogether.com into your browser and save it as a bookmark. It will remember your password and make it super easy to sign up for classes.

Log into your WODTogether (let me know if you ever need your password reset) and look to the left hand side. You’ll see the “gym schedule” button. Click there and the schedule will pop up. Click the “sign up” button for whichever hours you want to attend. Your choices are the WOD (regular CrossFit classes) or Open Gym (unlimited memberships only). If you aren’t sure what that means, check out more details on the different classes here. You will get a prompt if you’ve signed up for more classes than your membership allows.

Why do I need to sign up for classes?

Right now we have a 10 person cap set on each class. If your name is not on the list, there might not be room for you in class. This is something we’ve put in place to preserve the quality of your work out – given our current space and equipment, we don’t want to run classes that are any larger on a regular basis (exceptions might be Saturdays or any buddy wods.) WODTogether gives you a full week of classes in advance, so feel free to RSVP for a week in advance. Keep in mind though if you cancel and give up your spot, you might not be able to get it back.

So what happens if the class is already full, but you forgot to check and sign up so you’re here anyway? We definitely want you to still get a good work out in, but we might not have the space or equipment (depending on the particular WOD). Don’t worry – in that case, we’ll set you up with a rower, burpees, or maybe a nice long run (or some combination of the three).

What if I have already signed up for a class but can’t make it? cancel

Just log back in and cancel your RSVP. The sooner you can do this the better for anyone else who might want into that particular class.

What if the class is full, but that’s the only time that will work for me?Wait list

If the class is full, instead of a button that asks you to “sign up” you’ll see a yellow button that says “join wait list.” Click that button and you will be put on an email wait list. If someone who is already signed up for the class cancels and you are the first in line on the wait list, you will get an email that tells you that you are welcome to come in at that time.
