Back squat
2-2-2-2-2 @ 90% of 1 RM

WOD:
4 rounds
10 KB push ups
20 KB swings (53/35)
30 double unders

*KB push ups are performed like a regular push up except one hand is on a KB (on the “bell”, not the handle) and the other on the ground. Switch hands on KB each rep.
