Strength:
Front squat
4-4-4-4+ reps @ 80(ish)%

*On 4th set go for max reps. Max reps means to failure. If you can re-rack the weight, then you didn’t do a max set.;

WOD:
10 min EMOM
Odd min – 10 snatch grip Romanian deadlifts (1 RM snatch weight)
Even min – 8 strict chin ups

*STRONG BACK on the snatch grip RDLs! Use a band for chin ups if necessary.
