WOD:
With a running clock counting down from 12 min
3 min – DB snatch (45/30)
3 min – Push up plank hold
2 min – DB snatch (45/30)
2 min – Push up plank hold
1 min – DB snatch (45/30)
1 min – Push up plank hold

*Score for total reps of DB snatch
