Back squat
3-2-1 – progressive

*Once the weight goes on, it doesn’t come back off. Only one attempt at each set.

WOD:
10 min AMRAP
10 jumping air squats
10 mountain climbers
10 push ups
10 sit ups

*Score for rounds and reps
