Max reps (better get AT LEAST 5) @ 85% of 1 RM

*Max set of strict pull ups between sets (3 sets total). If unable to do at least 3 strict pull ups: do sets of 10 ring rows.

Strict Press
5 @ 75% of 1 RM

Max reps (at least 5) @ 85% of 1 RM
