3 position clean
5 sets – 1 high hang clean (power position)
1 mid hang clean (above knee/ mid thigh)
1 below the knee hang clean (2 inches(ish) below the knee)
*Rest as needed between sets. Go only as heavy as you can maintain good mechanics.
10 min AMRAP
5 strict pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
*Score for rounds and reps. For pull ups – obviously if you have strict, do strict. If you don’t have strict, I will allow strict with a band. If those aren’t looking too good then we’ll do ring rows.
