Strength:
Deadlift
5 reps @ 75% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 80% of 1 RM
Max reps @ 85% of 1 RM

*Don’t bounce reps. Reset at the bottom of every lift.

WOD:
Every 4 min for 16 min
20 Bulgarian split squats – 10 each leg

20 DB rows – 10 each arm

*Do 10 reps each arm/leg before switching. Pick a weight for the DB rows that is challenging but you can still maintain a nice tight midline.
