Strength:
Deadlift
5 reps @ 60% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 65% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 70% of 1 RM

WOD:
10 min EMOM
2 Turkish get ups – 1 each arm

*Use whatever weight feels challenging, but can still maintain good mechanics. Also you have the choice of using dumbbells or kettlebells.
