Strength:
Deadlift
25 min to establish a 1 rep max

WOD:
“Tabata Burpees”
8 rounds
20 seconds of burpees
10 seconds of rest

*Your score is the round with the lowest number of burpees. Try to stay consistent. Don’t go out of the gate and get 15 reps your first round, and then only get 5 on your last. On the flip side, don’t start your first round with only 5 reps and then end with 15.
