20 min to work on gymnastic skills pertaining to the pull up bar, ie… kipping and butterfly pull ups

WOD:
For time
40 KB swings (53/35)
30 sit ups
20 plate ground to OH (45/25)
10 burpees
20 OH plate lunges (45/25)
30 sit ups
40 KB swings (53/35)
