Going to spend a few minutes after our warm up going over squat mechanics.

WOD:
4 rounds of 3 min AMRAP
5 pull ups
10 push ups
10 box jumps
Max reps of wall balls (20/14)

*Rest 2 min between rounds. Score for total reps of wall balls.
