Ok, the Open is finally over and it’s time to get some real strength work back in. We’re going to be seeing a lot more Olympic lifting again so start mobilizing those OH squats yesterday.

5 sets of the following complex
– 1 halting snatch deadlift
– 1 hang power snatch
– 1 hang snatch

*Progressive loading. Take hang from above the knees.

Back squat
5 reps @ 75% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 80% of 1 RM
Max reps @ 85% of 1 RM

8 rounds
Tabata double under

*Score for round with the lowest reps
