Strength:
Back squat
5 reps @ 60% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 65% of 1 RM
5 reps @ 70% of 1 RM

*Max strict pull ups between each set of back squat (3 sets total)

WOD:
5 rounds
5 power cleans (135/95)
8 burpee lateral hops

*Try to make the power cleans touch and go.
