Snatch complex
5 sets of
– 1 snatch pull from the power position
– 1 snatch pull from above the knees
– 1 power snatch from below the knees

*Focus on a fluid pull, keeping the bar close, and proper movement of the feet. We’re not looking for a max.

10 min AMRAP
20 DB snatch (45/30) – 10 each arm
10 box jumps (30/24)
30 seconds of plank hold

*Score for rounds and reps
