WOD:
For time
800 m run
80 walking lunges – 40 each leg
80 sit ups
400 m run
40 air squats
40 push ups
200 m run
20 wall balls (20/14)
20 pull ups

Unloaded:
4 rounds – 3 min AMRAPs
200 m run
DB snatches

*Rest 2 min between rounds. Do the run, then perform as many DB snatches as possible in the remaining time.
