– Hang clean (below the knee)
– Clean (from the ground)

*Feet start and stay in catch (squat) stance, and should never leave the ground. Progressive loading, but maintain fluidity of movement.

Max set of unbroken double unders

*If able to complete a full minute of UB double unders, rest the following minute. If unable to connect more than 10 doubles in a row, try for a full 30 seconds.

10 KB goblet squats
15 KB sumo deadlift highpull
20 KB swings
