Happy birthday to Jared! It’s been a ton of fun having you in the gym and watching you work through each wod with determination.This is only the beginning of your journey, hang in there and keep working hard. We’ll be here every step of the way! BTW – I couldn’t find a picture of you to save my life. I will soon be remedying that! 🙂

Back squat
25 min to establish a 1 RM

WOD:
“Tabata Push Up”
8 rounds
20 sec of push ups
10 sec of rest

Unloaded:
For time
500 m row

Then (without rest)…

4 rounds
10 DB press
10 hanging knee raise
10 mountain climbers
