Strength:
Back squat
3-3-3-3-3 @ 75% of 1 RM

*Pause for 2 seconds at the bottom of each squat. Between squat sets, perform max set of strict pull ups (4 sets total)

WOD:
8 rounds
20 seconds of burpees
10 seconds of rest

Unloaded:
For time
50 lunges – 25 each leg
40 DB snatch – 20 each arm
30 knee raises
20 plank rows – 10 each arm
10 burpees
20 plank rows
30 knee raises
40 DB snatch
50 lunges
